My name is Norma Sherwin
With over 38 years of working in the healthcare sector as a nurse, care home manager, regional manager support, and turnaround manager, I know what it takes to run an efficient service and the stress, pressure and responsibility that can often lead to burnout of every services biggest asset – the manager.
Combining these experiences with my knowledge of Holistic coaching and NLP, I have developed packages to support the manager as an individual, including workshops, modules, short courses, inspirational public speaking sessions and lots more.
