One-to-One Coaching
This six-week coaching programme is designed to support managers who need dedicated time and space to reflect, reset, and grow.
Each session is delivered one-to-one via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, offering a confidential, structured environment to explore challenges, rebuild confidence, and develop leadership resilience.

Group Coaching Packages
This one-day group coaching package is designed for teams of up to 12 people. Sessions are tailored to your organisation’s needs and can focus on topics such as confidence, resilience, boundaries, communication, or emotional wellbeing.
Ideal for boosting morale, improving team cohesion, and addressing shared challenges in a supportive space.

New Manager Inductions
This 12-week package is designed to support managers during their probationary period, helping them build confidence, clarify expectations, and settle into their role with guidance and structure.
Sessions are delivered one-to-one, primarily online, with the option for two in-person sessions if required.

Return-to-Work Support Plans
This six-week one-to-one package is designed for managers returning after a period of absence—whether due to illness, stress, or personal circumstances.
It offers a structured, compassionate space to rebuild confidence, re-establish routines, and ease back into leadership responsibilities with clarity and support.
